In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

Use of the mu138 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. mu138 applies a strict 21+ policy in accordance with responsible gaming standards applicable to the Indonesian market. Proof of age will be requested during the KYC process.
• Jurisdiction: You must be a resident of Indonesia. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online gaming services is lawful in your place of residence. mu138 makes no representation that use of the platform is legal in all jurisdictions.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been previously self-excluded from the platform, or whose accounts have been permanently closed by mu138, are not eligible to register a new account.
• Account Limitation: Each individual person may hold only one registered Account on mu138 at any given time. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is prohibited.
• Not Acting on Behalf of Another: You must be registering and playing on your own behalf, and not as an agent, employee, or representative of any third party.

To access the full range of mu138 services, you must complete the account registration process via the mu138 Login page. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. mu138 will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel. You must notify mu138 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

Following registration, you will be required to complete KYC verification before making your first withdrawal. KYC documentation typically includes:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., KTP — Indonesian national identity card, or passport);

All financial transactions on the mu138 platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

Deposits are credited to your Account Balance promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. mu138 does not charge any deposit processing fee, although your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges for which mu138 bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed the KYC verification process in full before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your mu138 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Where a Bonus has been credited to your Account, the applicable Wagering Requirement must be satisfied in full before the portion of your Balance derived from that Bonus is eligible for withdrawal.
• mu138 targets a withdrawal processing time of 15 minutes for verified accounts during normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume or where additional verification is required.
• mu138 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it considers unusual in value or frequency, for fraud prevention and anti-money-laundering purposes.

mu138 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to these general terms as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented. In the event of a conflict, the specific offer terms take precedence.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from bonus wagering — and only after the Wagering Requirement has been met — are transferable to the withdrawable balance.
• Wagering Requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each offer. Bonus credits that expire before the Wagering Requirement is fulfilled will be removed from the Account without compensation.
• mu138 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice to players who have not yet opted in to that offer.
• A player may only claim a welcome or new-player bonus once. Attempts to claim the same new-player offer across multiple accounts constitute bonus abuse and will result in account closure.
• Certain game types may contribute differently to the Wagering Requirement, or may not contribute at all. Specific contribution rates are communicated in the individual bonus terms.
• mu138 reserves the right to void bonus winnings and close an Account where evidence of systematic bonus exploitation is identified, regardless of whether the individual bets that generated those winnings appeared to comply with the letter of the bonus terms.

Seasonal promotions — including offers tied to Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), Nyepi, and Chinese New Year (Imlek) — are subject to the same general conditions set out in this Section unless explicitly stated otherwise in the campaign materials.

By placing any wager on the mu138 platform — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, slots, Dragon Tiger, Video Poker, or sportsbook markets — you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed after placement unless mu138 explicitly provides a cash-out or bet-editing feature for a specific market, and only to the extent that feature remains available.
• Sportsbook markets — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, Piala AFF, Timnas Indonesia fixtures, badminton, and e-sports — are subject to the specific settlement rules of each market. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to be settled as winners; a single void or loss will settle the accumulator as a loss unless otherwise specified in the market rules.
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or platform error that interrupts a game round or bet, mu138 will attempt to reconstruct the game state from server logs and settle the affected round accordingly. Where reconstruction is not possible, the stake for that round will be returned to the Player's Balance.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems provided by our game studio partners, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, Habanero, Microgaming, and Spribe. mu138 does not alter, influence, or have access to the RNG outputs of these systems.
• mu138 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a manifest pricing error, system error, or where the integrity of the relevant event or game has been compromised.

Markets for bandar bola (Indonesian-style football market betting) including voor bola (Asian handicap lines) are settled in accordance with the standard Asian handicap rules applicable to each market unless otherwise stated at the time of bet placement.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mu138 platform. Engaging in any of the conduct described below will result in immediate account suspension, potential permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, or submitting forged KYC documentation.
• Money Laundering: Using the mu138 platform to process, conceal, or transfer funds derived from illegal activity. mu138 complies with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering more than one Account per individual, whether under the same or different personal details, for any purpose including circumventing account restrictions or claiming bonuses multiple times.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including sharing hole-card information in poker or coordinating bets in live dealer games.
• Automated Betting Software: Using bots, scripts, automated betting systems, or any software that interacts with the mu138 platform without direct manual input from the registered Player.
• Match-Fixing and Insider Betting: Placing bets with access to non-public information, or placing bets on events in which you have any role in influencing the outcome.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment reversal or chargeback with your bank or e-wallet provider in respect of any deposit made to your mu138 Account. Any Account associated with a chargeback will be immediately suspended pending investigation.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or display glitches to gain a financial advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are subject to voiding.

mu138 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across all aspects of the platform. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. It carries inherent financial risk and should never be used as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players at no cost via the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit. Limit reductions apply immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory review period.

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the platform;

• Use the mu138 brand name or logo in any manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation without prior written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of mu138's intellectual property may result in immediate account closure and may give rise to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mu138's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

mu138 expressly excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of anticipated savings, or any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss of any nature, howsoever caused;
• Platform unavailability, downtime, or service interruptions resulting from scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, cyberattacks, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, and network outages;
• Any loss arising from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions, including loss resulting from account suspension or closure for breach;
• The conduct of third-party payment providers, game studios, or other service providers whose services are integrated into the platform;
• Any inaccuracy in odds, game outcomes, or settlement decisions that results from a technical error, provided that mu138 takes reasonable corrective action upon becoming aware of such an error.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by mu138's negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

mu138 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Key data-related commitments include:

• Personal data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently, and only to the extent necessary for the purposes for which it was collected (account management, KYC compliance, payment processing, fraud prevention, and customer support).
• mu138 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• All data transmitted between your device and the mu138 platform is encrypted using 256-bit SSL/TLS technology.

If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must stop using the platform and may request the withdrawal of your remaining Balance (subject to KYC completion) before the amended terms take effect.

The version of the Terms & Conditions currently in force is identified by the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of the current terms governing your use of mu138.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law as it relates to online gaming operators providing services to Indonesian players.

Nothing in this Section shall prevent mu138 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent fraudulent conduct.
